My Review of Fiskars Bypass Pruning Shears

The post with my review of Fiskars Bypass Pruning Shears

This is my honest review of the Fiskars bypass pruning shears that I purchased for use around my own property.  I hope that you find it useful when making a decision about purchasing yourself the same pair of pruning shears or something similar. These can get up over twelve feet tall.

I spend a lot of time working in my yard.  Every year I plant a large vegetable garden and I sow seeds for flowers in pretty much every available place I can find.  I’ve lived on this property for over twenty years, and the one thing that I did not personally plant is rose of Sharon.  The previous owners of this property really liked these shrubs.  They planted them everywhere.  These plants also tend to spread a lot on their own.  As I said, I do like them, but they can get overgrown within a season or two.  I needed some decent pruning shears to keep them shaped the way I like them and to stop them from getting out of control.  My previous, cheap pruning shears broke and I decided to give these a try after reading good things about them. I’m glad that I decided to go with these Fiskars bypass pruning shears.  They cut through my rose of Sharon bushes like a hot knife through butter!  I didn’t have any problems with cutting, even when I use them on branches that are heavier than what is recommended in their advertisements.

Why should you buy Fiskars Bypass Pruning Shears?

These are the Fiskars pruning shears I purchased and use on my own property.

Pruning shears are a neccessity for gardeners

Pruning shears are a necessity for homeowners and gardeners who need to cut shrubs, bushes, or any type of plants. They can also be kind of expensive to purchase, but the ones that are dirt cheap often break easily.

We all know that with the help of garden tools, we can create a beautiful and healthy garden. They are not only good for gardening but also for other purposes such as cutting through tough materials. Pruning shears are a must-have in every gardener’s tool kit, but it can be hard to know which ones will last and which ones won’t. I’ve been looking for some good pruning shears as well and after doing some research I found out that Fiskars has the best one on the market!

Cutting through stems and branches

The best bypass pruning shears are designed to cut through any type of material you might find in your garden. These shears are perfect for removing weeds or branches from your plants. With these tools, you can take care of your plants in an easier way and make sure that they don’t get destroyed by insects or diseases.

Fiskars is one of the most popular brands in the world for gardening tools. These bypass pruning shears are great for cutting stems and light branches. They are durable, effective, and comfortable to hold. These shears also come with a lifetime warranty and are sharp enough to cut through even rose stems and light branches. This makes them an excellent choice for any gardener, from an average gardener to a professional landscaper.

The Fiskars bypass pruning shear is an excellent tool for gardens because it has all the features necessary to provide power and precision. The blade is made from high quality steel and it is rust resistant. The sap groove on the blade ensures that the blades are always clean after cutting through plants with sap on them. The handle has a non-slip grip that makes working with these shears comfortable, even when they’re wet or dirty.

Keeping the yard looking neat

These pruning shears do an amazing job of cutting through the stems and branches I’ve got all around my property.  It’s a pleasure to do a review of them. They have a low-friction coating to help the blades glide effortlessly through wood, prevent the blades from getting gummed up with sap or debris, and help resist rust. With these, getting your hedges trimmed doesn’t have to be a chore. These bypass pruning shears are designed for durability. They provide clean cuts on stems and small branches up to 5/8 inch thick.  I’ve also used them on thicker branches, but you do that at your own risk.  By the end of summer my rose of Sharon shrubs around my home are always considerably taller than they were in the spring.  If I don’t spend some time trimming back branches, things start to look a little bit ragged.  I enjoy walking around and tidying things up with these shears at a leisurely pace.  That’s just me though.  I like to do a snip here and a snip there when the growing season has slowed to a stop.

If you’re looking for a solid pair of bypass pruning shears, I think you should give these a look.  I’ll include a few other ones you might want to check out below, but I’m very happy with my Fiskars bypass pruning shears.
